Now-a-days load shedding has become a common occurrence in our country. It means the discontinuation of the supply of electricity on certain place.

It occurs only when the generation of power is less than the demand. People of all walks of life have to suffer a lot for it. Due to load shedding, the suffering of the patients in the clinics and hospitals knows no bounds.

The students cannot take their preparation for the examination. They have to take preparation burning candles. Domestic life becomes standstill.

The housewives grope in the kitchens. Foods kept in the refrigerator get rotten. It hampers productions in the mills and factories.

Government and semi-government offices cannot run smoothly. Shops, markets, shopping centers are seriously affected with it. It stops the production and economic progress of the country.

It is a threat to our social and domestic life. So to stop load shedding the government should make an effective enquiry to identify the factors responsible for it.

Unnecessary use of electricity should be stopped. Corrupt officials should be given due punishment. More electricity plants should be set up to meet our increasing demand of it.

Everyone in all power supply areas is familiar with the term ‘load shedding’. Means termination of power supply. Power outages and unplanned distribution are the main cause of power outages.

Extinction is a major curse when people become accustomed to an electric-focused lifestyle. Due to power outages big cities and industrial areas suffer greatly.

Suddenly the streets were dark with a few headlights of cars and buses flashing back and forth. Kerosene lamps, petromax and candle adhere only to supermarkets and light market areas.

Thieves and looters roam the streets. Functional production machinery comes to a standstill in mills and factories. Student suffering due to power outages explanation.

The curse of blackouts does not even end the hospital. The plight of a patient undergoing an emergency situation at which the lights go out may not be fully thought out.

Research materials and medicines stored under controlled temperatures and refrigerators are damaged. Goods stored in cold places are damaged.

Food items and snacks that are put in our refrigerators for use are recyclable and rotten. In fact, the words are not enough to expose the positive and harmful effects on our lives by this unscrupulous practice of blackouts.

All involved must join hands to free people from the curse of blackout.
